Founded in 2014 set up by director Hanna Dodwell, Soundwave Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment agency based in Plymouth, South Devon. We specialise in providing affordable, reliable and professional healthcare staffing solutions for a range of establishments both local and nationwide.

Although we initially set up in 2014 as a recruitment agency, named HCA One, with a focus on healthcare, we have since expanded our areas of expertise to encompass permanent recruitment, specialising in the healthcare sector.
